Shipping & Returns

Because our pieces are made in small batches, most orders ship within 5–10 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our workshop.

• Mainland China: 3–5 business days, complimentary above $200.
• Asia Pacific: 5–10 business days, calculated at checkout.
• Europe & North America: 7–14 business days via express courier.
• Rest of world: quote provided at checkout based on destination.

Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise on the product page.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return any in-stock item within 14 days of delivery in its original packaging for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Custom orders and bespoke finishes are non-refundable.

Please inspect your order on arrival. Report any transit damage to care@fovnx.com within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Every Fovnx lamp is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty on electrical components. Consumables such as bulbs are excluded.
